The grapes have been fermented, with 10% being left as whole bunches in the fermenters, leading to a complex and fruit driven wine. The wine was then matured for 12 months in a variety of French and American oak hogsheads. Our Shiraz is aromatic with spice and red berry fruits, leading to a complex palate with spice and white pepper charactistics.
